Zhang Shufan led Hebei Xindadi Electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Xindadi) in the field of prefabricated precast concrete intelligent manufacturing technology and equipment for more than ten years, providing industrialized equipment support for my country’s prefabricated buildings, rail transit, and municipal infrastructure construction. Hebei Xindadi has successively developed a series of prefabricated production systems suitable for prefabricated building technology, high-speed rail ballastless track slab production systems, double-block sleeper production systems, intelligent small and medium-sized components production systems, prefabricated laminated pipe gallery production systems, various Wind power mixed tower prefabrication production system, prefabricated bridge smart beam field production system, low energy consumption green prefabricated precast concrete building materials automation equipment and prefabricated production whole process digital management system, etc. So far, Hebei Xindadi has provided more than 800 sets of prefabricated production systems.

     With the efforts of Zhang Shufan and her team, Hebei Xindadi has become the first equipment manufacturing enterprise awarded the “National Housing Industrialization Base”, the first batch of national prefabricated construction industry bases, and a national specialized and new “little giant” enterprise; actively build platforms such as Hebei Province Advanced Manufacturing Technology Innovation Center for Concrete Components, Hebei Province Enterprise Technology Center, Hebei Province Industrial Enterprise R&D Institution (A-level). The company has successively undertaken the research and development and implementation of the sub-project of the “13th Five-Year Plan” national key research and development plan project “expandable combined long-line pedestal method production technology and equipment”; participated in the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development’s science and technology project “intelligent flexible production line of prefabricated concrete components”;undertook scientific research projects such as the key research and development plan project of Hebei Province “Intelligent Equipment Research and Development of Prefabricated Ultra-low Energy Consumption Building Technology System”; participated in the compilation of 12 national, local, group and industry standards, and owned 59 invention patents and 8 software copyrights .

     Zhang Shufan and Hebei Xindadi won a number of awards for scientific and technological achievements, such as “Intelligent Precast Concrete Component Manufacturing Technology and Equipment for Prefabricated Buildings”, the first prize of Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award; “Development and Application of Mobile Digital Production Lines for Building Component Units” ; the second prize of the 2021 Concrete Science and Technology Award; the project “Intelligent and Flexible Production Line and Equipment Development of Scalable Combined PC Components” won the second prize of the 2021 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award.
