Hebei Xindadi Mechanical and Electrical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. entered the high-speed rail construction field in 2005 and began independent research and development of intelligent production lines for double-block sleeper precast components. In 2006 and 2010, the company successfully developed the first intelligent short-mold production line and long-mold production line for double-block sleepers in China. It directly participated in the construction of the “Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal” high-speed rail network in China, with an annual production capacity of up to 720,000 units. This propelled the rapid development of high-speed rail engineering in our country.

The intelligent production line for double-block sleepers adopts conveyor roller and lateral shifting roller (or lateral shifting vehicle) for mold support and transportation, enabling the molds to rotate along the predetermined production process in a circular path.

The production line is equipped with a complete set of intelligent equipment, including automatic cleaning robots, automatic spraying robots, intelligent transport hoppers, automatic fabric vibrating and compacting systems, transfer vehicles, intelligent temperature control and curing systems, automatic flipping machines, automatic stacking machines for molds, automatic stacking machines for sleepers, palletizing robots for sleepers, and AGV intelligent transport vehicles. This high-efficiency and high-yield production line greatly reduces labor costs.

The iPC production management system

The production line is equipped with a precast concrete component production management system, independently developed by Hebei Xindadi. This system covers functions from production to transportation, providing a one-stop service for component contract order construction, daily progress planning and scheduling, resource definition, production task execution, intelligent production monitoring, quality integrated control, finished product storage, and delivery. It connects the material flow, business flow, and information flow between management and production, providing a complete solution for creating a “smart factory” based on on-demand customization, flexible production, and intelligent manufacturing. It facilitates enterprise management and customer service, greatly improving work efficiency and operational quality.

Project management

Project progress, order progress, and floor progress are represented in different forms such as Gantt charts and data tables, making it easy to calculate and view the current production status and have real-time insight into the production progress.
