Recently, the main building of Zhengding High-tech Zone Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (referred to as Zhengding Shuangchuang Center) was successfully capped as the last double T board was hoisted into place. 

      Zhengding Shuangchuang CenterZhengding Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Zhaopu Street and Shouzhou Road in ZhengdingHigh-tech Zone, Hebei Province, with a total construction area of 27,115.6 square meters.It was constructed by Shijiazhuang Branch of China No. 22 Metallurgical Group in the form ofEPC.

      The project will build a high-efficiency, low-cost entrepreneurial innovation environment, further promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, accelerate the pace of industrial development in Zhengding High-tech Zone, and lay a solid foundation for local economic development.

     The double T board, laminated board and stair mold used in this project are designed and manufactured by Hebei Xindadi Electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd.All prefabricated components were undertaken byHebei Xindadi Electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd., including the detailed design of the double T plate.

    The main building of ZhengdingShuangchuang Center is a prefabricated building. The main building is about 64.1m long and 22.3m wide, with a total construction area of about 13,000 square meters.Among them, the area of double T plate is about 9000 square meters, the lengths are 11m and 9.3m respectively, the width is 2.4m, the height is 450mm, and the total number is about 400. The double T  floor slabs have a dead load of 4.2KN/㎡and a live load of 5KN/㎡, the floor partition wall load is 10KN/m. The slab load exceeds the national standard slab load, and the double Tplate needs to be further detailed. The area of the laminated board is about 1000 square meters, and the prefabricated stairs are 42 runs.
