The main product of this production line is precast panels, which can achieve intelligent palletizing, rapid concrete distribution, automatic transportation of precast panel components, and information management, realizing intelligent and labor-saving production of precast panels and greatly improving production efficiency.

1. Intelligent Palletizing System

The intelligent palletizing system completes the process of board retrieval and storage on the mold table
according to established rules. It has a high level of automation and can achieve unmanned operation throughout the entire process.

2. Rapid Concrete Distribution System

The rapid concrete distribution system directly travels from the bottom of the mixing station to the top of the mold table for material distribution. The width of the material distributor is the same as the mold table, allowing for one-time completion of material distribution for the entire mold table, thus achieving rapid concrete distribution.

3. Mold Table with Built-in Scale Sides

The mold table is equipped with fixed side molds on both sides, each with dimension scales. This reduces the workload of molds and improves the accuracy of mold placement.

4. Automatic Component Transportation System

 The automatic component transportation system enables automatic transportation of components from the workshop to the yard. With special precast panel racks, the precast panels can be stored in the yard using only forklifts without the need for overhead cranes.

5. Information Management

This project utilizes Hebei Xindadi’s independently developed iPC precast concrete production management system, which enables information management of palletizing vehicles, material distributors, mold table workstations, project management, component production scheduling, and yard management.
