The second-phase PC production line project of Jiangsu Chengyi Residential Industrial Technology Development Co., Ltd. undertaken by Hebei Xindadi was successfully completed the installation and commissioning work, and is being put into production operation.

Jiangsu Chengyi Residential Phase II PC production line was officially launched in August 2019, covering an area of147 thousand square meter. The planned production line is a large-scale comprehensive circular production line, a large-scale lattice girder board production line and a steel bar production line. The planned production capacity is annual output is 150,000 cubic meter per year.

1.A 50 meters long span steel structure hanging flying bucket track was designed. This large-span hopper support track was first applied in the PC factory department.

2. Both circular production line and lattice girder board production line adopt the design of double pallet stacker and double curing chambers, which greatly improves production capacity.

3.The operation form of 4 rows of pallet is adopted, which improves the effective utilization rate of the production workshop

4.The application of generous 3.5 cubic flying bucket and 4cubic concrete distributors, through generous equipment capacity design, can greatly improve production efficiency.
