Hebei Xindadi-the PC production line project in Shandong

    Recently, the PC production line project in Shandong which was produced, manufactured, installed and commissioned by Hebei Xindadi Electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd., was successfully put into operation.

    The project is designed as an automatic comprehensive circulation production line, which adopts the conveying method of roller to support pallets. The conveying hopper adopts a 3m³ double-track parallel structure and is equipped with a 3m³ auger distributor. The curing chamber adopts the structure of two 4-row 10-storey, double-in and double-out, storey height 600mm, and double-pitch door structure, which realizes the centralized maintenance of multi-variety and high-level components and saves energy and reduces consumption. The production line has the characteristics of compact design, scientific and reasonable process layout, strong safety, high production efficiency, high degree of mechanization, maturity and stability, etc. It can be applied to the production of external wall panels, internal wall panels, laminated panels and other geometric shapes with relatively standardized large batches components.

     The high-speed torpedo tanks of this project transport concrete to each pouring point through the concrete transport track. At the same time, the main machine of the batching plant has 2 discharge ports corresponding to 2 transportation tracks, which avoids the shutdown of the production and transportation system due to equipment failures.

vibrating table

       This project is equipped with a double-station low-noise three-dimensional vibrating table. This vibrating table has high frequency + swing function, high vibration efficiency, adjustable vibration frequency and parameters, and the parameters have a memory function. The production efficiency is improved, and the shutdown and production site due to equipment failure are avoided.

pre-curing chamber

       In this project, the load-bearing concrete structure pre-curing chamber is used to replace the traditional rock wool thermal insulation structure chamber body, and the space above the pre-curing chamber body is fully utilized to store semi-finished products, which solves the traditional pre-curing chamber due to the thin thermal insulation board structure and poor airtightness to increase maintenance efficiency and increase productivity.
