The PC component workshop project of Shengteng Science and Technology Industrial Park Phase A was rated as a national A-level demonstration project  and is the only industrial building among the 8 awarded projects in Guangdong Province.

     Hebei Xindadi, as the supporting equipment supplier of this project, provided Shengteng Technology with the first complete set of equipment for “combinable self-sustaining long-line prestressed double T plate production line” in China, as well as newly designed  long-term pedestal production line, intelligent flexible fixed mold production line, long-term wood mold production line and other prefabricated production equipment for prestressed beams and columns component production .  providing reliable equipment guarantee for the construction of the project.

    During the construction of the park, PC self-built PC is adopted, and the plant construction and production line construction are carried out almost simultaneously, which perfectly interprets the integrated design-production-construction model. The PC workshop of this project is constructed with fully precast concrete components, including self-made concrete columns, concrete double T wall panels, concrete double T roof panels, etc. In addition, the project also uses prestressed concrete double T wall panels and roof panels to construct a multi-storey office building .

     The scalable and combined long-line pedestal method production line implemented in this project adopts a 140-meter long-line pedestal and pretensioning production technology. It is the first self-sustaining, combinable, arbitrarily divided, and nomadic prestressed long-line pedestal method production line in China. , It can produce prestressed concrete double T slabs and other components of different lengths, widths and heights, achieving the design goal of one model with multiple uses.
