The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center of Zhengding High-tech Zone is a modern science park built by integrating talents, technology, environmental protection, culture, communication, life and other industrial supporting services. It is an important part of the all-industry chain incubation carrier. At present, it has been completely completed and is under internal decoration.

The main building of Zhengding Entrepreneurship and Innovation adopts prestressed double T as the construction method of floor roof slab. The main building has 1 floor underground and 9 floors above ground, with a total area of 9600㎡ of double T plates. The dead load of the floor is 4.2KN/㎡, the live load is 5KN/㎡, and the load of the partition wall on the floor is 10KN/m, which can bear large test equipments. This is the first application of prestressed double T in Shijiazhuang’s commercial office project.

Prestressed Double T Plate Production Line

The prestressed double T plate production line adopts the long line pedestal and pretensioning method with using special steel mould. It breaks through the conventional single-mode production mode and realizes the extendable combined long line production mode.

Prestressed Double T Plate Production Line characteristics

1.Self-sustaining: The production line mold self-bears prestressed tension, which is different from traditional double T mold.

2. Combinable: By using the same set of pedestal and template, double T-plate components with different heights, widths, and lengths can be produced by adjusting the rib height and plate width.

3. Nomadic: The production line can be quickly installed and put into production on the construction site. The production equipment can be relocated, just like the nomadic way of the grassland yurt. After the completion of the project, the equipment can be disassembled and transported to the next construction site, reducing the transportation cost of components.

4.Long line pedestal: The production line mold is a long line mold platform with a certain length, consisting of two ends and several intermediate parts. It can be used to produce prestressed double T plates, double T plates with skylight, and external double T plates.

The production line equipments mainly includes: double T plate pallet and mold, fabric vibration system, maintenance system, tensioning machine, laminating machine, etc. It is committed to building a modern industrial production model, improving production efficiency and increasing component output.

Prestressed Double T Plate Production Line –Products and applications

The section of double T plate is two “T” shapes, composed of a compression panel and two ribbed beams, has good structural mechanical properties, clear force transmission levels, simple geometric shapes. It is a kind of component with large span, large coverage area, and more economical. It has the advantages of anti-corrosion,environmental protection, aesthetics, durability, convenient installation, and time saving.

In single, multi storey and high-rise buildings, double T-plates can be directly placed on frames, beams or load-bearing walls as floor or roof, load-bearing or non-load-bearing walls. It is widely applicable to industrial and all kinds of civil buildings, such as large workshops, restaurants, exhibition halls, shopping malls, three-dimensional parking garages, grain depots and other large-span building, roof, wall.

Application Projects of Xindadi

1.Shengteng Science and Technology Industrial Park

The production line adopts complete sets of long-line prestressed double T plate equipments, completing the construction of 27000㎡of industrial plant, witnessing the development process from concept to building. And it is the first combinable long-line prestressed double T plate production line in China.

The project is constructed using fully prefabricated concrete components. The multi-storey office buildings are constructed with self-made concrete columns, concrete double T wall panels and concrete double T roof panels. it fully demonstrate the beauty of architectural art.

2.Shanghai CITI-RAISE Construction Group

The PC workshop of this project is constructed with fully prefabricated concrete components, including self-made concrete columns, concrete  truss girder and concrete double-T roof panels. The roof panels are made of two different lengths of components, 27m and 30m.

3.Wenzhou Zhengli Construction Company  

In this project, the extensible combined long-line platform production system is used to produce prestressed concrete double T plates of different specifications, which is applied to the construction of a 18m multi-storey prefabricated factory building. This is the first 4-storey plant by using prestressed double-T plate in China, and the first multi-storey prefabricated plant project in Wenzhou.

The four sets of prestressed concrete double T plate complete production lines provided by Xindadi are used to construct the comprehensive office building, production factory, warehouse, underground warehouse, grain depot, etc. of the Xuyun Technology Special Wood Industrial Park in Guiyang.
