    The production system includes mold conveying system, concrete conveying system, distribution and vibration system, mold palletizing & depalletizing system, maintenance system, central transfer side shifter system, automatic demoulding system, and automatic finished product palletizing system.

★Mold conveying system

    The production system has a total of multiple production stations and maintenance stations. The mold conveying system realizes the circulation of molds between different stations, achieves the purpose of automatic circular production, and improves the production efficiency of the production line.

★Concrete conveying system

    Concrete is delivered from the batching plant to the distributing and  vibrating system through the concrete conveying system.

★Distributing and vibrating system

   The distributing and vibrating system includes a distributor and a vibrating table. The distributor is used to pour the concrete into the mould quickly and accurately, and the vibrating table is used to vibrate and compact the concrete in the mould.

★Mold Palletizing & Depalletizing System

    The mold palletizing & depalletizing system is used to store the molds into the curing system three-dimensionally after palletizing to save space, or depalletize the multi-layer molds taken out from the curing chamber.

★Maintenance system

    The maintenance system adopts centralized maintenance and steam maintenance method. The maintenance temperature and humidity can be independently controlled, saving energy and reducing consumption.

★Central transfer side shifter system

   The moulds are automatically fed into or taken out of the curing system by means of a central transfer side shifter.

★Automatic demolding system

   The automatic demoulding system can automatically demould the mold, thereby reducing labor and improving production efficiency.

★Automatic finished product palletizing system

   The curb stone components are automatically palletized by the finished product palletizing system, which is convenient for the packaging and transportation of the finished components.
