Recently, the Beijing Yantong Assembly Mold Production Line Project, undertaken by Hebei Xindadi Electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd., has been successfully put into operation. The assembly mold production system vertically places multiple molds and forms several cavities through the movement of the assembly molds. After pouring and vibrating, the final product is cured. This process equipment has the advantages of easy control of construction quality, fast construction speed, low comprehensive cost, and energy saving and emission reduction. It is suitable for producing concrete products with smooth surface requirements, such as interior wall panels and sandwich wall panels, which have high precision and good surface finish.

Hebei New Land provides turnkey services for the assembly mold project, including process planning, equipment design, new product development, production manufacturing, information management software, equipment installation, commissioning, training, and after-sales service. The project includes four sets of assembly mold production lines, with an annual production capacity of approximately 10,000m³ for interior wall panels and approximately 16,500m³ for exterior wall panels.
